MS Series Automatic Take-Up winder machine is composed of 2 parts. On each part there can be 12,18, 24 or 30 ends. Each part has 3 floors and there are 4, 6, 8 or 30 winding positions on each floor. Each part has 12, 18, 24 or 30 winding ends therefore the machine has totally 24, 36, 48 or 60 winding positions.

Every single position on floors (decks) winds simultaneously with each other and stops at the same time, in case of yarn break, or automatic doffing cycle. The other decks go on to run continuously during this time. Each winding floor (Deck) has a meter counter, and also has positive yarn feeding systems (there are 3+3 = 6 positive yarn feeding system for the winder).The yarn is wound to 10" (254 mm) cylindrical cartoon or plastic tubes. Each position has its own empty tube magazine (for 4 empty tubes). The maximum package diameter may reach 410 mm.

The meter counter, shift production counter, yarn breaks counter and, numbers of doffing are the values shown on the machine monitor. The winding arm, the drum, and the traverse movement are driven by separate motors. The yarn tension and yarn angle are electronically set.

The winder drums and the cam boxes are driven by separate inverter controlled motors. Unnecessary mechanical parts do not take place with this design and economize the maintenance. Machine makes the setting of the traverse arm for different speeds possible and chooses the winding angle of the package itself.

This adjustment of traverse arm allows system to work in different speed variations and provides to protect against the yarn to be winded on same point on the bobbin and also provides to make unfavourable wind ratio away for winding process.
